Over the past several days, we have gotten to know the Azad family. We read about how Farzin, Nayyar, Sami, and Elham were introduced to Jesus. These characters were imprisoned by despair and depression; they were desperate for hope. As they encountered Jesus, the family discovered a new life of joy, purpose, and spiritual freedom.
An Iranian’s journey to Jesus generally involves several factors. As we saw in the Azad family’s story, Scriptures, bold Christians, visions, and dreams all play a significant role in drawing Iranians to Jesus. Our team does its part by meeting new friends, giving out Scriptures, sharing the Gospel, and praying for Iran. However, the harvest is plentiful and the workers are few. We are asking the Lord of the Harvest to send laborers into the harvest fields.
We encourage you to say ‘yes’ to His call. Come for 10 days, a summer, a year, or more. Bring a team, bring your family, or come as an individual. We invite you to see what God is doing throughout Iran. Come and be a part of an Iranian family’s journey with Jesus. Your next step? Just click the airplane:
Our team longs for a day when entire Iranian communities will have the same freedom that the Azad family experienced. We are praying for an outpouring of the Spirit, a revival that transforms the nation. Thank you for praying with us!
